Private health insurances and supplementary insurances for public health insurances usually reimburse, depending on the tariff, the treatment costs of Chinese medicine/acupuncture in full or in part. Please check with your insurance before starting the treatment.
The treatment costs are usually billed according to the fee regulation for naturopaths (GebüH). Before the start of the treatment, the patient will be informed about the expected treatment costs.
For scheduled appointments that are not cancelled at least 24 hours before the appointment, a cancellation fee equivalent to an average treatment fee (at least 50 €) may be charged. Thank you for your understanding!
